If you need to cancel a donation availability, first log onto your dashboard. Next, select the location whose donation availability you need to cancel, and looking at their donation calendar, click “Cancel” below the desired task. You can either cancel the one donation availability, or the entire weekly availability. If you have trouble with this, you can always reach out to our Replate Support Team.
