Our standard hours of operation are 9a-5p Pacific Time Monday through Friday. However, we can pickup in the evenings and on the weekends under the following criteria:
1. If we have established a formal agreement or contract.
2. The evening pickups are on a recurring schedule OR planned at least two weeks in advance.
Our ultimate preference would be for the food to be refrigerated overnight for a next-day pickup. This is mainly due to the fact that there are very few nonprofit recipients who will receive donations in the evenings.
