If you no longer need food picked up, log into your dashboard and click “Cancel” on the corresponding pickup. From there you can either "Delete Pickup" for a one-time pickup, or "Delete Selected" for a recurring pickup. You can cancel free of charge up to one hour before your pickup window. After that, you will be charged the cost of the pickup.
For weekend and after-hours pickups, we require 24 hours notice to cancel without a fee.
