Replate does not tolerate behavior, harassment, discrimination, or prejudice based on race, color, religion, sex (including sexual harassment and pregnancy discrimination), sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, genetic information, or disability (physical
or mental) as defined by the U. S. Equal Employment Act.
We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment aimed at our Food Rescuers. When an incident of harassment is reported to us by a Food Rescuer, we will reach out immediately to the parties involved. If an incident of harassment is perpetrated against a Replate Food Rescuer by a Donor company’s employee, or a contractor for a Donor company (such as a security guard), we will reconsider our relationship with that company.
